Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms The are rooms are spacious but needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice. Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

This property met all my expectations and made my trip to London fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Location to Victoria Station allowed me to use the Underground to most of the places I wanted to see. Dinner was a breeze with so many restaurants near the hotel. The staff was always very courteous and helpful.

"As all big city hotels it is overpriced BUT Kip is cheap in comparison to others. It is in a great spot near food and right next to the train station and bus routes. Overall, $170 a night was a good deal compared to others in the area!"
