Room was comfortable and well equipped. Conveniently located just off the 401 but the tradeoff is traffic noise from the 401. Perhaps more could be done to buffer the noise in the bedroom e.g. drapery, more insulated windows, etc. The staff was courteous and accommodating and the breakfast was quite nice. Good value.

The room was fantastic! We received a complimentary upgrade from a double queen with sofa bed and kitchenette room to a two bedroom apartment suite, with two queens, a king, and sofa bed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The staff was friendly upon check in and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. There was a large variety of options. We would recommend this hotel.

When we arrived, we’d had a crazy day. It was so nice to have the staff welcomed us and make our transition to the room seamless. The room was great. It was clean. The kids enjoyed every second of having their own room. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. I really can’t say enough about this place. I will definitely be back.

The pool was a perfect size as we have a 6 month old, he loved to use it! The breakfast was delicious - variety of items and hot foods were hot! Staff was there to assist when needed. Front desk was welcoming and informative. Our room was great - loved the full sized fridge and microwave!

So we did run into an issue. Our room was backed up against the Highway. My elderly (81) year old mom and I were in town closing my uncle's estate this weekend which is why we needed this hotel and the 2 of us got zero sleep the first night, We heard large trucks and trains all night long. I explained our situation to the staff at the front desk and asked for a room-swap. They did just that and I cannot tell you how greatful we were. The staff at this hotel were great !

Our stay was great! The room and hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied (and not the same every day). We faced the 401 and while we did hear traffic a bit, it was not loud enough to disrupt sleep. The location was great as well, very close to get on the 401 and drive into Toronto.

Awesome hotel, with a great breakfast buffet spread. Rooms were spacious, clean. Staff we very helpful. Lots of parking. Great location next the Toronto Zoo and lots of great restaurants around the area. There was a delicious Turkish restaurant nearby. Great stay. Would stay here again when visiting Canada next

Stayed for a couple of nights for a work assignment and I was very pleased with how well the hotel is maintained. Very friendly staff, and hot breakfast served each day. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable and wonderful toiletries too! I would recommend this place, 100%!
