"Excellent hotel as home base to go to neighboring prefectures as shin Osaka station is few minutes walk away. Very convenient with Lawson, Family Mart and few 7/11 nearby, there’s also few restaurants and a Starbucks."

"The pool on the rooftop was lovely and the view was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful, with more choices of delicious dishes than I could sample. The spa bath was very welcome after a long day of walking!"

"Stunning hotel that's close to local transport for ease of getting to all the main attractions. We had a room on the 30th floor with the most amazing views - also had executive bar access for drinks and nibbles from 4.30-9.30pm. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and well-equipped."

"Fabulous stay and highly recommend - Make sure to buy the breakfast buffet - it is well stocked with western and Japanese food,. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Our floor (14th) had a water station by the elevator so it was very convenient to refill our bottles. The Bloom Cafe offers free soda and coffee (lattes and cappuccinos too) as well as beer and wine for Y500 per glass (buy the tokens at the front desk). The hotel is conveniently located near the Hommachi train station - make sure to walk to the Senba Center and Shinsaibashi for great shopping. The second hand market for handbags is amazing! The area is super safe and very walkable with several small eateries nearby. There is also a supermarket a block away so very convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."

"This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The location is just perfect if you want to walk or take the subway or train anywhere. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious! The breakfast buffet is just top notch! I am glad I paid for that - this was a vacation with my dad and having breakfast in the hotel to start a slow morning was just perfect. I definitely recommend and would stay again here!"

"Convenient location, 5 mins walk to Umeda train station and next to great restaurants, bakery, Lawson convenience store and 7 eleven very close by. Provided clean towels everyday. Helpful staff, excellent service. Room size for one person with minimal luggage. Provided toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, hair tie, shaving razor, shower cap. Cotton swabs etc."
