The hotel location was awesome. The hotel itself was just about ok in terms of ambiance and was a touch small, but was fine for budget travel

This hotel has great hospitality. Close to the train station. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. I do recommend they update the hotel. They still use actual keys instead of key cards, all the furniture and the hotel looks like it built in the 40s. Our room was very dusty which made my husband’s allergies go off but luckily the room came with an air purifier and the staff showed us how to use it since it’s in Japanese. Overall a great stay.

Clean room and good service. Closed to the station, seven eleven, restaurant and stores. It was very convenient to stay and reasonable price.

Comfortable and convenient
Quite close to the centre of Osaka. Just two stations away. Quiet area. Convenient if you like quietness.

Though the rooms are out dated, the hotel staff and amenities are very nice. If you do not like to be disturbed after a long tiring day or do not like the room attendants to make up your room, they will leave fresh towels, robes, toiletries, coffee, and water outside your door. Hassle-free check in and check out. Location is okay and safe.

nice hotel, nice staffs
everything is nice and fine. except that during our stay, it is winter and unfortunately the room has no heater. we called the staff and they provide us extra blankets.

Rooms are a bit small but everything that you expect to have were all there. Lots of stores, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby.
