"This hotel offers excellent amenities and staff service was great! It is located outside of the busier tourist areas in Osaka, which is exactly what we wanted. There is a Family Mart on the street level of the hotel as well as a bakery which seemed to be frequented by the locals. One of the train lines is located at street level, and the other station is about a 7-10 min walk away. Our room was clean, and on the smaller side compared to Tokyo, but this is to be expected. Our room was tidied daily, and this service was good. Front desk staff offered the best service, and the hotel amenities included face masks. Overall, this hotel fit our family’s travel needs and we will likely stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Every detail was well-thought-out, including the hand warmers, face products, toothbrush, combs, hair clips, bathing cloths, slippers, and pyjamas. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, providing sponges, children slippers, and step stools for the little ones. Perfect location for USJ visitors—we’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!"
