It was extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, nice kitchen with utensils and plates, and the best place we have stayed so far. The laundry machine was easy to use and the balcony is nice to dry your clothes in the summer. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Namba area.

Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay in Osaka. The location felt safe and was convenient for walking around, with activities, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The only thing I would recommend improving is the check-in process. We had a little trouble checking in because the Wi-Fi went out. However, overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!

We had one of the top floor unit with 3 twin/double beds and one sofa bed. It has a balcony. The unit is good size and clean. The bathroom drying unit is great for wanting washing to dry the next morning. Checkin and check out were easy. Only a couple mins walk to Kuromon Market Great place for family.

Great place for the value. Each unit comes with a full kitchen and dining area. Close to Kuramon Market and Dotonbori. Limited staff on site but customer service via WhatsApp was quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Located a 14 min walk to Namba station or 8 min to another one so was reasonably located- closeness to dontonburi was good - around 8 minute walk but plenty of things to see on the way. Family mart and 7/11 close by. Room was spacious kitchen little but we didn’t use it to cook in. Toilet room s seperate from the shower room and a tight space. Easy to organise via google forms to get new towels overnight. Self check in and out was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi! The location was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and perfect for our family. The laundry room was very clean and very helpful, especially when traveling with kids. My children loved staying here so much and felt very comfortable, almost like being at home. Everything was clean, convenient, and family-friendly. Thank you for making our Japan trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment is spacious. We had little problem with the washer. The staff responded immediately and fixed it right away. It would be nice if the check in lobby has air conditioning or a super fan. It was a very hot day and sweaty while checking in. Location is great, very close to Kuromon and shopping areas. I will stay again next time I visit Osaka.

The hotel was so homey .We traveled with our children and they all enjoy it. They took care of every little detail and everything we needed was there. They provide enough good quality towels for everyone. They even give have a tooth brush and tooth paste to every family member. Our room had a washer and dryer and they even provided the laundry detergent. We forgot our credit card on the counter ant the self check in and they locate us and return it to us. We are very happy. Thank you very much to the hotel staff.
