Astil is an amazing bargain for what you get. The rooms look like brand new and the amenities and spa (onsen) are over the top. Juso itself reminds me of Japan in the 70's, but it still has everything you need including a shrine. There's at least 5 notable famous food institutions that people come to Juso for. I came in from Shin-Osaka station and have relatives who live near Takarazuka...so Juso is a perfect mid-point that makes going anywhere super convenient. There is only 2 washing machines which makes them high in demand. I was able to wash/dry clothes, which made this another reason to stay. High recommend.

I like their service area on each floor where you can pick your extra pillows, iron, etc. as you need them. I also like the laundry facilities for a very minimal fee. Staff is very helpful as well.

Great service, easy check in and out. Breakfast is good, but wish they switch up the dishes since eating same food for a week gets boring. Overall very satisfied with the location and spa. We will stay here again on our next visit.

We loved staying at this hotel in Osaka. Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was modern and clean. The location itself is great with it being close to the train stations, along with plenty of shops and food stalls nearby. It was also nice to go across the street for food that stayed open past midnight! Highly recommend this property.

Astil Juso Precious was great even though the train/subway lines are a little confusing. We liked the modern room style and that the sink was separate from the bathroom. One thing that could improve the room would be a place to hang your towels - there are no towel bars or hooks. One issue for us is that the laundry washer did not seem to have enough detergent - and it doesn't indicate that you need to add your own. Our clothes did not smell clean - we asked the staff if we were supposed to add detergent and they said no and that it was "okay". So we went out and bought fabric spray and sprayed our clothes in the dryer and after we took them out of the dryer. Overall we had a happy 3 night stay here. We highly recommend Yakitori Kicchou Izakaya across the street.

The balcony had a lovely view. The colors and the decor of the interior were splendid. Everything was very nice and tidy. It overall felt quite grand for the area that it was in which was not the cleanest nor the safest that Japan had to offer.

The hotel has a lovely modern feel. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but manageable. On-site laundry is convenient, but the dryers take forever to dry clothes, about 3 hours per load. Train station nearby and many affordable restaurants are nearby.
