"Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff was kind, theres earing places right outside the hotel, the hotel was clean, they refilled our towels amd robes almost every night a new bag was hung on our door. Washer and dryer on 7th floor and microwave and vending machines. Station for train is right outside the hotel! Loved it! They provide so much in the room to use!!!!!!! Our room was small but it worked since we only had the two of us. The shower looks small but the water os full blast strong nice ans hot water. "

"My room is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s right outside Tennoji Station (30min by Haruka from KIX) so great location and at the same time a good price! Public bath was nice and quiet. Everything was multilingual and front desk very fluent in English. Very inclusive compared with my other 3 star experience. Lol Will stay again when I visit Osaka!"
