Outstanding hotel in a very walkable neighborhood with a LOT to see! This hotel is the perfect location in Seoul to stay! Quiet and immaculately clean with an amazing view of the city from our window. Friendly English speaking staff. 24 hour convenience store in the hotel! 4 different coffee shops within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. We also got an outstanding couple’s massage at the hotel spa. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

It was wonderful to have an in-room washer/dryer unit so we could do our laundry. You just need to bring your own detergent and ask the staff how to use it. Dryer does take a long time and there is a 4 hour cool down (CD) that until the unit cools down, you cannot unlatch the door. Hotel is in a great location with subway lines 3 and 4 are at the B1 level. The only complaint is there are only 2 elevators and it can be slow to go up/down. Staff is really nice. We will stay here again if we go back to Seoul since it’s near a limousine bus stop, subway stations and the best was the in-room washer/dryer unit—so you can do laundry at your own convenience. There is also a full-size fridge and freezer too!
