Fantastic. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and very friendly. The apartment was very close to the bus stop. So it was very convenient to get to the ski lifts. And last but not least the ski area is wow!!!Overall, we had a great week!

This is a very special place. It's a miniature farm a ten minute walk from Ortisei centre. It is immaculate and very well appointed. The chalet has three or four apartments and it is surrounded by pasture, fruit trees, and a beautiful kitchen gardenrecommend thewith the flowerthe long, flower-feztooned

Great experience! Claudia is a wonderful host. We had a spacious apartment with a well-appointed kitchen and excellent bathroom. This is a real farm, with cows, chickens, ducks, all of which we enjoyed so much, including watching the cows come in from the adjacent pasture each evening. The apartment has its own balcony, which we enjoyed in late afternoon. The property is located right in town, with easy walks to restaurants, grocery store, local transit, and all three Ortisei lifts taking you to unforgettable hiking in the Dolomites high country. We did not use our car for seven days.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! Die Vermiter sind super nett und immer ansprechbar. Die Sauna ist herrlich und schön. Verbessern kann man immer etwas: das Schlafsofa stĂŒnde besser im wunderschönen Wohnzimmer, anstatt im Essbereich der KĂŒche. Dann wĂ€ren die dort Schlafenden unbehelligt, wenn jemand spĂ€t ins Bad geht oder nochmal in die KĂŒche möchte. Das "Fenster" vom Bad zur KĂŒche macht das Bad sehr hellhörig und die Badbeleuchtung stört dadurch die SchlĂ€fer auf der Couch sehr. Trotz dieser kleinen Unbequemlichkeiten empfehlen wir die Wohnungen der Familie Obletter gerne weiter.

Die Wohnung war hervorragend eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Da es ein Bio-Bauernhof ist, konnten wir von den leckeren Produkten( Eier, KĂ€se, u.a.) profitieren. Die Sauna war wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Der Skibus fuhr in 50 m Entfernung ab, aber auch zu Fuß waren die Lifte gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Asunto on todella siisti, tilava ja mukava. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Asunto oli todella hyvÀ kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle teinille. Lapset nukkuivat leveÀssÀ vuodesohvassa keittiössÀ ja aikuiset erillisessÀ makuuhuoneessa. LisÀksi asunnossa oli vielÀ erillinen olohuone. Talo on ihana, pieni luomutila miltei Ortisein keskustassa, jossa alakerrassa on lehmiÀ ja ulkoaitauksessa kanoja ja kukko! Ihana paikka. Nautimme olostamme ja laskettelusta Dolomiiteilla, rinteet olivat lÀhellÀ. Toivottavasti pÀÀsemme uudelleen!

Das zweite Schlafzimmer lag leider außerhalb der Wohnung und entsprach auch nicht ganz dem Standard der sonstigen Wohnung (alte Matratzen im Bett). Schade dass diese Info fehlte, fĂŒr Fam. mit kleineren Kindern sicher nicht ganz unwichtig. DafĂŒr entschĂ€digte die hauseigene Sauna, die sehr liebevoll gestaltet wurde und auch auf Grund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe nur pro Wohnung fĂŒr 1-2h reserviert werden konnte. Also ein ganz privates SaunavergnĂŒgen! Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und kĂŒmmern sich rĂŒhrend. Ansonsten ist St. Ulrich ein perfekter Ausgangsort fĂŒr Alpin-Ski Fahrer. LanglĂ€ufer und Wanderer sollten sich jedoch in der örtlichen Touristeninformation bzgl. Tourenkarte/ Liftpass etc. informieren! Das ist leider nicht ganz selbsterklĂ€rend... da hat St.Ulrich und die Seiser Alm klar Nachholebedarf.

Eine sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung , gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt leider außerhalb der Wohnung , das vorhandene wlan in diesem Zimmer leider nicht nutzbar Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Jederzeit wieder !

Eine stilsicher gestaltete Wohnung, die das alt-historische GebĂ€ude mit einer gelungenen Modernisierung verbindet, strahlt eine tolle Wohnathmosphare aus. Das GesamtgrundstĂŒck ist liebevoll und akribisch gepflegt und kann auch genutzt werden. Es liegt zentral und erweckt dennoch den Eindruck lĂ€ndlicher Idylle. Der angrenzende Bolzplatz lĂ€sst die Blumen stehen und sorgte fĂŒr unsere Jungs fĂŒr zusĂ€tzlichen Auslauf. Die herzliche Vermieterfamilie lĂ€sst einen gleich "zu Hause" fĂŒhlen und berĂ€t zielsicher (und eher vorsichtig - besser als zu riskolastig) bei der (Touren-) Planung. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 11-jĂ€hriger Sohn) hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschön renovierten Appartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und haben es genossen in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von St. Ulrich, bzw. an der Talstation der Seilbahn zur Seiseralm zu sein. Zum Skifahren haben wir an einigen Tagen auch den Skibus genutzt, der 2 Minuten von dem Bauernhof entfernt hĂ€lt. Begeistert hat uns auch die Sauna, die auf Voranmeldung beheizt und liebevoll mit Kerzen dekoriert wird. Die Gastgeber haben immer ein offenes Ohr und verwöhnt die GĂ€ste mit einem Brötchenservice zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt wird um den Abend vor dem modernen Fernseher mit vielen deutschen und internationalen Programmen zu verbringen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und so haben wir gleich den nĂ€chsten Skiurlaub in 2020 gebucht.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz, eine wunderschöne alte Bauernstube, in der man sich besonders in Wintertagen am Ofen sehr wohl fĂŒhlt. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Gute Lage, man ist wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum und auch die Lifte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte.

Nicht nur Schnee und Wetter haben gepasst, sondern auch unser Urlaubsquartier war bestens ausgesucht. Wir hatten viel Platz, das Domizil war sauber und modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Wirtsleute waren sehr zugewandt; heute kam noch ungefragt ein Paket von ihnen nachgesendet, weil wir was vergessen hatten. Die frische Milch, das Yoghurt und die selbstgemachte Marmelade ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Danke fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!
