Comfortable flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 7 people.



This apartment is furnished in typical Tyrolean style.



The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one of which can be fitted with an additional single bed, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and one bidet, and a bright living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.



The balcony offers a direct view to the east, where you can admire the Sella massif and see the peak of the Sassolungo.



The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.



There is a washing machine in one of the two bathrooms.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 7



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.

Apartments Agave rents out comfortable apartments located a 15-minute walk from the centre of Ortisei.



It offers two spacious flats with balcony, equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday in Val Gardena.



In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops 150 metres from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda cable car. Buses run with a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.



In summer, however, the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (15 minutes on foot - approx. 700 metres), with the Luis Trenker promenade and the lifts, is particularly advantageous. You can also enjoy the comfortable communal garden with sun loungers, where you can relax under the Dolomite sun.



You will find a bakery 150 metres from the house, where you can also buy a range of other foodstuffs. The fruit shop is 250 metres from the house, and you will find everything else in the centre of Ortisei.



The Agave Apartments also have free parking both in the garage and outside, Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage with boot warmer and free use of linen and towels.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
