Schönes Häuschen

Wir haben eine Woche in Sarnthein verbracht. Das Häuschen liegt zentral im Ortskern und man kann die Geschäfte und Restaurants (wenn welche geöffnet haben) fußläufig erreichen. Das Häuschen und der kleine Garten haben uns gut gefallen. Das Bad ist neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die ersten zwei Nächte fanden wir den Bachlauf nebenan nervig……aber ab dem dritten Tag störte er auch nachts nicht mehr beim Schlafen. Die Nachbarn und überhaupt die meisten Anwohner waren super nett und freundlich. Falls es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne einmal wieder.

Ein schönes Häuschen mit kleinen Garten und netten Kontakten.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen mit kleinen Garten war perfekt für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Haus ist liebevoll/rustikal eingerichtet.Ein Supermarkt und allerlei Geschäfte gab es direkt um die Ecke. Landschaftlich war es ein Traum und wir konnten sehr schöne Wanderungen machen.

Eine Woche Erholung

Das Ferienhäuschen hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Er hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, denn das Grundstück hatte einen kleinen Garten. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns auch ein paar Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Ein liebenswertes Häuschen in einem hübschen Ort

Wir hatten acht wirklich schöne Tage in Lottes Häuschen. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber vollständig und sinnvoll eingerichtet, d.h. es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Besonders schön sind die große Terrasse und der Garten, in dem man herrlich entspannen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Lotte war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ideal gelegen und mit Hund perfekt

Es waren wundervolle Tage in Sarnthein. Wir inkl. des Hundes haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und konnten komplett abschalten und entspannen. Sehr nette Nachbarn im Nachbarhaus, allgemein im ganzen Ort sehr viele aufgeschlossene freundliche Menschen. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht, um glücklich zu sein. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder hierher zurück. Vielen lieben Dank.

Schönes altes Haus

Das Haus ist urig und die Terrasse mit Blick auf eine alte kleine Kirche, die nur noch für Hochzeiten genutzt wird, ist ein Genuss. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht viele Ausflüge, mit abschließendem Essen in einen der fußläufig erreichbaren Gasthäusern.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Südtirol

Wir waren mit unserem Hund die zweite Maihälfte im Ferienhäuschen von Lotte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und im eingezäunten Garten. Die tollen Tipps die wir bei netten Gesprächen mit Lottes Mutter bekommen haben, haben us zwei tolle Wochen in Südtirol beschert. Ferien im Sarntal

Alles war hervorragend, tolles modernes Bad, in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden, schöne Terrasse mit hübschem kleinen Garten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herzlichkeit im Herzen Südtirols

Magisches, kleines uriges Häuschen in einem ganz entspannten Ort mit sehr offenen, freundlichen Menschen fernab des Großstadttrubels. Wer knarzendes Holz und einen rauschenden Bach direkt am Haus charmant findet, Luxus nicht braucht (das Bad ist neu!) und mit seiner Familie oder Freunden zusammenrücken will, ist hier genau richtig! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bozen liegt 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt, das nächste Skigebiet Reinswald 15 min., das Hochplateu Ritten (über die Seilbahnstation in Bozen erreichbar), bietet tolle Ausblicke, klare Luft und ein zauberhaftet Örtchen zum flanieren und wandern oberhalb der Großstadt. Wir danken der sehr netten Gastgeberin und ihrer Mutter für die sehr aufmerksame Umsorgung! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Mehr Tirol geht nicht

Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen. Es fällt aber wahrlich schwer, hier noch etwas zu den Aspekten hinzuzufügen, die in den zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen schon wiederholt genannt sind (gute Erreichbarkeit von Bozen auch per ÖPNV, Einkaufs-und Einkehrmöglichkeiten im Ort, Atmosphäre und Ausstattung ...). Vielleicht die auch für Geschichtsinteressierte begeisternde Lage mit Blick auf sämtliche mittelalterliche Sehenswürdigkeiten Sarntheins: Auf der Terrasse geht der Blick vom historischen (ehemaligen) Gasthaus zum Hirsch über die benachbarte Kapelle und die Burg Reinegg bis zum Wohnturm Kränzelstein. Und die praktische Möglichkeit, Schuhe und Kleidung in der kälteren Jahreszeit im Heizraum zu trocknen. Und für die Kinder war der Aufstieg über die Leiter ins Dachgeschoss ein Abenteuer ... Aus unserer Sicht rundum zu empfehlen.

Tiroler Hütte

Es war sauber und gepflegt ! Lage des Hauses nah am Zentrum, man kann alle Besorgungen zu Fuß erledigen ! Wer es urig mag hier genau richtig ! Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte wären mal die Geräte (Kaffeemaschine und Schneidebretter) erneuern und das Sofa erneuern darauf zu sitzen ist leider weniger ein Vergnügen! Ansonsten alles super ! Schöner Garten und schönes neuwertiges Bad ! Können es weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub in Sarnthein / Südtirol

Die Ferienhütte liegt super zentral , aber ruhig mitten im Ort direkt an einem kleinen Bach. Zum Häuschen gehört ein kleiner , feiner Garten und eine sehr schön angelegte Terrasse. Es ist zwar nicht sehr geräumig aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet mit allem was man braucht im Urlaub. Eben eine typische Ferienhütte wie man sie in Tirol vorfindet. Das Badezimmer ist neu und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin und einen besonders herzlichen Umgang mit der Mutter der Vermieterin , die ein paar Häuser entfernt wohnt. Sie waren beide jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns super Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Einkäufe usw. Darüber hinaus haben wir einige nette Stunden zusammen mit einem leckeren Rotwein und guten Gesprächen verbracht. Das Wetter war klasse und so konnten wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Garten mit unseren beiden Hunden verbringen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten hier 16 sehr schöne Tage. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen. Danke nochmal an Anne und Lotte . Wir können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen, ganz besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hunden.

Casa tipica di montagna

La vacanza è andata bene. Consiglio di andare alla Proloco per informazioni. La casa non è adatta a persone anziane che hanno difficoltà a scendere e salire le scale. Il letto al piano terra non è accogliente, il resto della casa invece è funzionale, il bagno meraviglioso. Posto tranquillo e paesaggi da cartolina.
