10/10 Excellent

"Kids loved the pool and the ability to get their own tea in the lobby. Breakfast was great as well. Rooms were clean and the staff super helpful. They had a power outage and we were not able to get to our rooms. The staff would escort each guest to their rooms. They really stepped up and made the process as hassle free as possible. One tip. Don't do valet! Street parking is free overnight and I parked a block away and stayed there for three days. Not evenba city ticket. So spare yourself the $40 and park for free. The lot across the street is $20 and the made is super nice. She would have let me keep the car there for $20 for the three days! The location of this hotel is prime! You're close to everything. All of the restaurants and night life. 5 stars all the way!"

"The only thing that was not all that good was the air conditioning. I had it set and it kept going up or kicking off before reaching what I set it at. Which was 70-72 degrees, not unreasonable. However it would climb to 75 and turn off. So I had to keep turning it off and on, to get it to kick on, then I had to turn the fan up and down, to get the fan to stay on high. Very annoying."

"Location is amazing!! The garden cafe is such a nice perk and the drinks and food delicious! Staff is very helpful at the hotel. Enjoy the sauna and spa, it’s a nice treat to have onsite. Quiet at night and the beds are so comfy!!! Staff at the armory and garden cafe were wonderful! Chowder at the Armory was so tasty! We will be back!"
