"The staff is really nice! Pool is amazing and the bouncy structure really fun for kids. This is a great place to stay with kids. Our room wasnât overly clean but wasnât dirty. The hotel smells really bad in some areas. But other than that, beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet:)"

"We truly loved this hotel, it is conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our room was extraordinary, it was located on the fourth floor overlooking the town center. The sunset was fabulous on each night of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, everything was perfect!"
"Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure. "
"There was a sign in the kitchen asking that you clean your dishes before leaving, or there will be an additional charge. There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. I was told at reception I could purchase a cleaning kit for âŹ4 so that I could clean my dishes, in order to avoid being charged for not cleaning my dishes.
Any complaints have to be put in writing and sent to their office in Paris by registered post."
