The hotel.was nice, tidy, and staff were very friendly. The problem with the room was the electic station in the room, where the room card goes in to turn the electrics to the room on, was held together with gaffer tape. We spoke to reception who said they will have a look at it, so we went out for some dinner while this took place. When we came back, there was more gaffer tape on the wall and the electics were on. However, this did not hold for long and my eldest son had to hold it together while the rest of the family used the bathroom so the lights would stay on.

À fuir je pense. Je veux bien croire qu'on n'a pas eu de chance et que c'est bien le logiciel qui a inversé 2 réservations et que c'est donc à cause de ce logiciel que nous avons été reveillés en pleine nuit par des clients à qui on avait donné la même chambre ! Réveillés une 2eme fois par la réceptionniste avec ces mêmes clients, qui cette fois nous accusent d'avoir pris leur chambre ! Expérience déplorable. Des excuses plutôt inexistantes le lendemain, mais aussi "ces autres clients ils auraient pu arriver plus tôt" nous dit-on.. on nous demande de régler notre chambre, sans aucun geste commercial. On vient à l'hôtel pour espérer se reposer et passer une bonne nuit au milieu d'un long trajet.
