Great hotel in Orleans

We love this hotel. The service is great. The bar is a very nice place with good wine and drinks. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view of the Loire.

Great location. Best point of the hotel is the bedding really outstanding , rooms are comfortable, Julia at the front desk is really nice and welcoming. I definitely don t give 5 stars because of the WiFi not working and the water pressure is really weak .. you cannot enjoy a good relaxing shower after a good day

Great location and lovely hotel. We changed room since the first we got was adjacent to another room and too loud due to the door between the rooms. The second room was great. Lively area around the hotel with lots of restaurants. Great staff.

I originally booked this hotel because it looked a little nicer than other hotels in the Orleans, and I needed to make sure it had an elevator as my mom was traveling with us. The hotel was nice and extremely welcoming, and very well situated within walking distance of shops, restos and sites to see. The staff that was there during our 3 night stay was very helpful, pleasant and did it with a smile. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Situated on the banks of the Loire and on the edge of the old town, the hotel is well located. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Modern decor but quite drab and the poor lighting made the room quite dark.
