We love everything about this property. It is our second time staying here. It is next to Disney Springs (you can walk to it) the free transportation to the parks is great too. The guys at the pool Bar/restaurant do a fantastic job with service! The only thing I didn’t like was the room service we were there 5 days and not once they came to clean our room. We called on the third day and asked and front desk said they do it every three days, well that was our third day and it was close to 5pm and no one had come. Finally we just requested new towels and trash to be taken out. Besides this I totally recommend this hotel

The hotel is great, especially for the price on Disney property. You can literally walk from the hotel to Disney springs within 5 min. The pool and restaurant are perfect. Will be staying there again no question about it
