The hotel is old, and it's not a 5star if that's what you are looking for. But it was clean and comfy. We slept great in the bed and the pull-out couch. The room had a great layout to offer a little privacy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Definitely close enough to walk to the Universal City Walk/Studios/Islands of adventure, but the FREE shuttle was awesome. The shuttle comes back too early at 5pm, however Uber is only about $7 to the hotel so truly not bad. There are many really good dinning options close, and the outlet mall is only about a 10 min drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff took extra time in helping a customer understand transportation options. Bedding and linens were very nice. Lots of hot water and adequate pressure. Very clean. Loved the responsiveness of the quiet and quick elevators. That's important when your room is near them.
