PEBBLE BEACH VILLA is a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment. This home features an east-facing pool that overlooks the beautiful golf course of Champions Gate.

The main level includes a large family-style living room with a flat-screen TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 5, dining area that seats 6. Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a private ensuite that leads to the pool area and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Two: This room has a King bed with a joined bathroom with the main floor and a flat-screen TV. Access directly to the pool area through the sliding glass door . Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Entertainment center in the garage for the whole family to enjoy. Gas grill for the family to enjoy grilling. Private pool and spa.

The second level includes a stand-alone bathroom with a shower-tub combination, toilet, and vanity sink. Bedroom Three: Mickey themed room has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Four: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Five: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins 2 bedrooms) Bedroom 4 & 5. Bedroom Six: Princess themed has 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Seven: Spiderman themed has 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins 2 bedrooms) Princess and Spiderman. Bedroom Eight: This room has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Gates and trash were terrible

Using the gates to get in when not using the main gates the QR code doesn’t work. Never was given directions on what to do with the trash with no barrels on sight. No left over coffee filters or salt and pepper for cooking is lacking. Hot tub/pool heater did not work.

Florida family fun

House was a GREAT size and easily accommodated a party of 12. It was just as pictured. However, we were extremely disappointed in the pool. It was not clean enough to be used, even after they came to clean it. It requires a DEEP cleaning, on a regular. Also, no extra towels, washclothes, blanks or sheets were provided. In addition, not enough trash cans or extra toliet paper for a large group. Overall, house size was great but little things could be done to make the stay much more comfortable. Thank you

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good, we paid extra to have the pool heated, it was not warm at all and was barely used. The hot tub did not work most of the time, they sent someone over who tried to figure it out, but wasn’t able to nail down the issue. It worked periodically, but the jets would blow cold water.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of bedrooms to sleep. Location was great and the Champions Gate facilities were really good for the kids. Just some minor issues with the place. Almost all the chairs were worn on the main floor. I think they were made with a faux leather and patches seem to be forming. The pool had clumps of hair. Only my kids went in and the hair was long like a womans. It was good they had 2 coffee machines, the Keurig was a bit wonky. A bit smoky when frying, the vent could have been stronger or just use the BBQ. The dryer was a bit wonky also. It's hard to flag these things at the beginning and for the cleaners to catch as well I think. All in all I would recommend as it was generally clean and big just some minor things to fix.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of four families renting for a week in June. The house itself was fine. Location was fine. But found dirty sheets on two beds. Also for being a bigger house they had limited pans to use and not many towels. The entry QR code we were given did not work the whole week. We had to go to the front guard gate every time to reenter. Not sure why a new QR code could not had been given. The customer service was very responsive about any concerns we had with the sheets and towels providing new ones and extra towels. I do recommend Florida Spirit. But not sure if we will use them due to our overall experience. Mostly with the entry gate issue.

Florida gymnastics

When we first got there we tried to get in it the code didn’t work. There were 2 different lock boxes. The hot tub didn’t get hot even after messaging the owner and management company. Not enough of frying pans .
