No microwave other then one small one in the lobby area for the whole hotel. Room has several broken things restroom door did not lock, sink back up tv broken some staff was very rude room did not have enough mirror to get ready for evening out been in a extra big room no curtains on windows other then a shade could not sleep in other then been in a good location for walkong distance to restaurant and stores rhis hotel was not worth it. And even though I call front office about the broken things i was told there was nothing that could be done due to been full

The lifts were always busy. The wait times were longer than 15 mins during mornings. Breakfast service is most disappointing due to smaller space and heavily crowded. If someone reaches after 8 am, it is highly probable that they won't get desired food items. Have seen people getting only half a glass of milk as a breakfast from the hotel
