We had the privilege of being treated absolutely fantastic my the front desk manager Fabian’s, always greeting us with a big smile and engaging with us, super helpful and kind. Also Jovan was an absolute pleasure, over the world excellent! My experience was so amazing because these two staff members treat customers like family-

Around 4pm in the afternoon there was this wonderful lady in the lobby with pepperoni, cheese, crackers, fruit, oj and champagne! Great timing for an afternoon pick me up treat!

Room was big and always clean! The staff was super nice and helped in many ways. Location was wonderful for universal and close to several good restaurants. Only one elevator worked out of 3 which made longer wait. Also the bus that took us to the park did not pick up after the park closed.
