Excellent location to access Winter Park and communities north of Orlando. Clean, attractive and efficient property with exceptional staff. All of our requests - for towels, cleaning, a packing box- were cheerfully accommodated. The restaurant is modest with a limited menu serving breakfast and dinner. The food was well prepared and presented. I welcome amenity when working with a hectic schedule. The one issue was a staff misunderstanding in the interest of meeting our preferences. I booked a mobility accessible room with a location preference not next to elevator. A staff person changed the reserved room to one farther away from the elevator. Unfortunately the room change out is in a hearing accessible room. The error was clearly a mistake and corrected after the first night with apologies and a credit. I will happily stay at this property again when I am in town for business or pleasure.

Staff were about average but were more worried about talking to each other than to customer. Went for breakfast on 3/4/24 where I was not greeted or waited on till bill was given to me. I served my self due to wait women was in a full blown conversation with cook about where she went out night before. Will not stay at Hilton Winter Park ever again.
