Set against the backdrop of a conservation area, our villa is a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is a standout feature, boasting a 30 ft. pool with a waterfall and spa. Furnished with sun loungers and a cozy seating area under the Lanai, it's perfect for relaxing evenings. A charcoal grill is available for enjoyable barbecue nights.

This spacious villa, covering over 3,500 sq. ft. and spread across two floors, exudes luxury and comfort. It features dual-zone air conditioning and includes three beautifully decorated reception rooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, six elegantly designed bedrooms, four and a half upscale bathrooms, and a handy laundry room. The main living area, ideal for gathering, is furnished with plush seating, including a leather sectional sofa and a dining table for six. It features a 60-inch TV complemented by a soundbar and equipped with a Roku stick, providing all the apps for your entertainment and access to full cable channels. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the villa.

Next to the dining area that seats 12, the family room offers a panoramic view of the pool deck and is furnished with an elegant 3-piece suite, a 55-inch TV with a Roku stick and a Blu-Ray player. The kitchen is a delight for those who love to cook, featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a full range of modern conveniences. The second-floor media room is an entertainment oasis, equipped with cozy seating, a 55-inch TV also with a Roku stick, a PlayStation 4 and an air hockey table.

Each bedroom is carefully curated for maximum comfort and includes nightstands with built-in lights, table lamps, ceiling fans, USB chargers, and TVs, all enhanced with Roku sticks. Hypo-allergenic bedding in each room ensures a restful night's sleep. The Primary Bedroom Suite is particularly luxurious, with an en-suite bathroom, corner tub, and walk-in shower.

Children will be delighted with the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and a princess themed bedroom, each furnished with twin beds. Additional bedrooms share well-appointed bathrooms, and there's a conveniently located bathroom on the ground floor.

A large driveway provides ample parking space for up to 4 cars.
