Hotel is in great location, employees are cordial and polite but the property is old, not clean. Sheets and pillow smelled. Breakfast above average.

The paths that run in between the buildings create a nice environment and make it easy to find your way to different areas of the property. We also enjoyed and were very appreciative of the free breakfast each morning. We liked the options of playing billiards, mini golf, ping pong, etc. Having a choice of swimming pools was wonderful as one was extremely cold and uncomfortable but the "family pool" was much more enjoyable. The price for a room was very good but do think the extra fees are outrageous and unnecessary.

Our room door could be accessed with out ankey card. The amenities were very nice the room needs improvements it was not what i reseved online or paid for I paid for a tower room king bed with pull out couch. I got a villa with dirty carpet.

Nice resort. Not many complaints. Only 2 things my family and I didnt like was 1. The breakfast line is extremely long. With the amount of guests that go in the morning they should have a least another lane/section for food. You have to wait in a long line to even seeve yourself. 2. If you dont park your car early then you have to literally park in the fron of the resort because there is literally no parking anywhere because of how packed it can get. Its very inconvenient especially due to the fact that you have to pay 30 per night to park. If they didnt charge for parking then i would suck it up but to pay a total of $60 to have to walk easily 10 minutes to my car stinks. Also not very handicap friendly. Only certain buildings have elevators and the buildings do not connect plus there isnt handicap parking near most of the buildings. Very inconvenient as we had a wheelchair.

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities - pools, mini golf, guest laundry, nice onsite restaurants - and comfortable rooms (mine was a little dark, but at least that meant it stayed cool). The location is extremely convenient for SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove, all of which are walkable from the hotel - as are various restaurants and a few garage grocery stores, although in other respects the area is fairly soulless. Unfortunately some aspects of the service were poor. Although the guest info card said that housekeeping would be provided every day, I didn’t receive *any* at any point during an 8 day stay, even after asking for it specifically at the front desk. This is the main reason I can’t give a higher rating - the trash cans were overflowing by the time I checked out. The room was initially missing an ironing board. The processing of my payment was also handled badly - I was charged less than I was supposed to be and the hotel’s subsequent attempts to claim the balance registered as suspicious activity and led to my card being frozen so I couldn’t use it for other purchases until I’d had a long call with my bank! Frustrating! However, the restaurant staff were fantastic and the external areas of the hotel were beautifully clean and well run. Overall, I would recommend it - just be prepared for a few wrinkles during your stay.

We had a reservation for 5 nights we encountered multiple occurences of roaches and we finally asked for a room swap when we were woken up by 10 roaches in the bathroom and the living room at 4 am and when asked for another room not only did they give us the furthest away room they were not accommodating and did not help us bring our luggage when asked. When we asked to speak to a manager they said they wrote notes and they will call us later with an update but never reached out. We called them and not only did they not take any notes they said they would give us 3 nights for free but when checking out they changed their minds and only offered us to waieve "resort fees' despite needing to move suitcases at 4 am with no help what so ever. Very unprofessional staff, no courtesy or accommodating staff, was spoken to very rudely and brushed off by every employee. Also, we chose this hotel for the hot tub and not only was it filthy but we called 3 times to have it fixed because it was not working and no one came to fix it, we waited well over 2 hours. Would not recommend!

Property was okay. Staff was helpful, amenities were nice, and the breakfast was really good. Villas a bit outdated, it looked like an old apartment/motel complex. The room was clean on arrival, but no cleaning services (trash pickup) was done during our stay. Parking was absolutely atrocious. The staff should spread out guests' rooms so we're not all packed like sardines on one side of the property, fighting for parking while the other side is a ghost town. It was incredibly frustrating after a long day of meetings having to take a 10 minute walk (no direct walkways through buildings) back to the room.

Good customer service but at night it is difficult to find parking near the rental room because the parking is somewhat small and the line for breakfast is very very long but the rest is fine

The Villas are dated, super small bathroom, no lighting in the stairwells. Our fridge didnt work, and shower drain didnt work, a/c was humid. They did fix fridge n a/c was better after a reset. Paying for parking was also a big downer!

The stay was fine. My husband and I stayed for 8 days. Our room had three hornet nests outside the room. I let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to care and the nests stayed through our entire stay. We also tried to use the outdoor activities such as the mini golf and pool table, but the mini golf course was in horrible shape and the outdoor pool table had broken pool sticks. We also didn’t expect there to be an additional $30 charge for each day to park our car. Otherwise, the facility itself was nice.

Parking lot very dark and congested. Persons creeping around in the dark mixed with the smell of ganja. Outdated, while the lobby smelt fresh the remainder of the building smelt musky. Breakfast was awful.

The outside of the villas looks like an old rundown motel. The insides are nice but aren't put together very well. The bathtub faucet was loose, the phone didn’t work, and the carpet felt wet and gross. The staff when we checked in did not give us food vouchers for our complimentary breakfast, so we learned the hard way and got yelled at by the serving staff when we tried to get our breakfast the 1st morning. No one told us that parking isn't included, so you pay $31 a night to park there. Found that out after I saw the extra charges after we checked out. The resort part was nice. It feels like they put all the effort into the resort part, the new tower part of the hotel, and the lobby, but just put band aids over the insides of the rooms while leaving the outside looking old and dirty. Almost an unsafe feeling. If you stay here, at least request a room facing the resort, or make sure you book the tower NOT the villas. Will not be back.

Stayed for one night post cruise to have a day at SeaWorld with 3 littles. The location was so very convenient to get to SeaWorld. We will park at the park but there is a walkway to SeaWorld from the hotel property. I did not give high ratings because I do think it could have been a little more well kept. The property wasn’t as well kept as i anticipated the room was not as clean as i had hoped but overall it was a great choice for my family to stay for one evening. The staff were very nice at check in and upon request for late check out. One thing i will make note of I did not know there was a charge of $30 a day for parking.

This was a nice place to stay for a quick trip to Disney. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was decent, and the hotel in general was nice. Only downside was the small showers and our AC wasn’t working properly. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

Just a heads up that there's a $25 charge per day for "resort fees", which you can rationalize as the 2 breakfast vouchers. There's also a $30 charge per day for parking, which makes it safe and convenient. There's plenty of parking available and there's a gate to let people in and out. I know some people put that parking was a fiasco, but we had parking available right in front of our room (building 4) no matter what time of day we got there. The rooms were well kept but no one came to clean on our second day, which is typical these days because of Covid nonsense. The checking process was a bit of a wait but the staff was very friendly. Also, I appreciated how the hotel as a company is allergy-friendly. Their iconic cookies were not vegan but they give away as many of those Partake brand cookies as you request in place of the fresh baked DoubleTree cookies. Also, the breakfast had a ton of options for those that choose not to include some foods in their diets. Being mostly plant-based, I don’t eat eggs, dairy or meat and there were plenty of options for me. The servers will get you almond milk, peanut butter and other things upon request. I was overall pleased with our brief stay and would definitely recommend.
