Royal Palm Bay is a very quiet and conveniently located community. It is only 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Other attractions in proximity include Universal Studios, 15 miles away and SeaWorld 9 miles. Casual dining restaurants are plentiful in the area. Supermarkets like Walmart, Target, and Publix only a few miles away.

3 bedroom condo with Pool & Spa in beautiful Royal Palm Bay community. Plenty of room to enjoy with family and friends. You can enjoy the condo or have some fun at the Clubhouse, which offers a pool with spa, gym, playground, and tennis court. Many restaurants and the famous theme parks near by!



In the living room, there is a 50 inch Smart TV. The master bedrooms has a smart TV as well. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are set up on an open-concept layout, so you can enjoy even more your moments with family and friends.

For your convenience, there are two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom right next to it.
