Through a little magic and the click of a few computer buttons, you and your guests can be transported back in time to this enchanted villa where two grand master suites await, each adorned with plush king beds fit for royalty. Adult princes and princesses alike can drift off to sleep in the comfort of their luxurious private chambers, letting the worries of the outside world fade away.

This villa is quite spacious, with 6 bedrooms, each one more delightful than the last. Four and a half bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own space to freshen up. The crown jewel of the villa is the sparkling pool, where guests can cool off on hot days while enjoying the Florida breeze.

But the villa is not just a place for rest and relaxation. It is also a place of wonder and magic. Four of the bedrooms are themed to delight kids of all ages. One is inspired by the Frozen Kingdom, with ice-blue walls adorned with snowflakes. Another is a Minions-themed room, with cheerfully painted walls and playful decor. The third is a nostalgic Mickey Mouse themed bedroom, and the fourth is a pirate ship themed room, where guests can imagine themselves on a grand adventure beneath the waves. To add to the fun, a superhero game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and commercial grade basketball arcade provide hours of entertainment for children and adults alike.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

*CREATURES OF NATURE
In Florida, you will almost certainly see some amazing creatures. We particularly love watching the coastal birds that often wander around the ponds and pool areas. There are also insects, gnats, ants, spiders, iguanas, snakes, mice, rats, scorpions, alligators, and other creatures. Gnats in particular can be problematic, especially around water areas and particularly during dusk. Almost everywhere in the state, including our villa and resort, is a possible place to run into insects or animals. While we take precautions and have regular pest control, we cannot guarantee a critter or creepy crawly free experience. If these creatures worry you or your kids, please don't book our villa because we cannot offer refunds for guests who are afraid of the natural environment and what comes with it. Please let us know if you notice anything in or around your villa so we can quickly contact our pest control or the proper authorities.

*NOT CHILDPROOF
We welcome young families; however, this villa is not childproof and please keep in mind that the villa has its own pool. There are ponds and water areas throughout the resort. Supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary.

EASY CLEAN
Guests should pick up after themselves and not leave trash scattered throughout the villa. Trash should be bagged and left in trash bin beside front door.
Guests should rinse & load their DISHES & start the dishwasher upon checkout.
Guests should remove all food items from the villa upon checkout.

We do request your cooperation in treating our villa with respect and care to ensure that it remains in a good condition for future guests to enjoy. Therefore, if the villa is left excessively dirty or damaged, an additional fee will be assessed to cover the costs of our dedicated cleaning team.

SELF CATERING
Our villa is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also available for your use. All provisions beyond this are the guest's responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, or toiletries.
