Hotel was conveniently located. Staff were very pleasant. Room was comfortable. Not the hotel's fault but there was a group of kids in the pool area quite late and it was rather loud in our room even though we were on the 6th floor.

The property location is great. The outdoor areas and lobby are very nice. However, the rooms are tired and could use some updating. The front desk staff could use some training in customer service. I received and witnessed several customers being treated with an attitude regardless of question or time of day...busy or not. Orlando has MANY hotel choices and I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town.

Room had not been cleaned effectively. Chairs and tables had substances on them. Furniture showed signs of wear or stains. Corners of the rooms were not adequately cleaned. Sleeping was difficult due to lack of complete blackout blinds and traffic noise. Staff were helpful and responsive.

There is a heavy perfumed smell in the lobby, especially near elevators. In Florida, that usualy indicates a mold problem in trying to cover up the smell. This hotel needs to good cleaning and touch up. The elevators are gross and incredibly slow. I took the stairs.

The front desk staff were really nice but the whole hotel is really dirty. the front area looks nice and that's about it. our room had so much dust in it and the hallways were hardly lit and you can tell by the baseboards that looked dinged up that it needed a huge remodel. it's not worth the price.

The property is a bit dated but clean. We also checked in while there was a large soccer group there so there was not many rooms available for us to switch, one of our rooms had a etched stain on the bottom of the bathtub. The AC wasnt working properly for the first night which resulted in a slightly muggy stay but the second night when the AC was working so it was a good stay. Staff was nice and did check us in early which was appreciated as we had a long travel day.
