This hotel is definitely budget friendly, and close to UCF. It is an older hotel, but has been made over. The staff was friendly, but on arrival the front attendant was out of the office. There are 2 sections. We stayed in the back building. Our unit was near some kind of fenced in field and the janitorial closet. I will say it was a tad creepy at night. The room was clean, but with it being open to the elements, there was a minor bug issue, and some small bugs dead in the shower. The sheets were clean, and the beds comfortable, but the tile floors need to be mopped. The floors also make it easier to hear the upstairs guests (at 3AM). The room was big, but the bathroom is tight, as I saw mentioned. I appreciated the quiet AC, but the room seemed humid. We would consider staying again in the future if budgeting, but would request the front building.
