No getting lost - once you turn onto South Poinciana Boulevard from Indian Point, your car makes only 2 turns before arriving at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom.

NOTE: Take BASS Road (back entrance) out of the community and be at Wal Mart Supercenter & 192 (Irlo Bronson) in 1 mile - very convenient to shopping, myriad restaurants & Medieval Times, etc. :)

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, complete with 2 full-service bathrooms supplied with all linens. Grab your toothbrush & robe. Master suite includes its own private bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower & two sinks.

One master suite with king-sized bed sleeps 2 adults or 4 kids. Guest bedroom #2 offers one queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #4 includes 2 single beds, sleeping 2. Sofa sleeper (living room) comfortably sleeps 2 - total 10. Each bedroom offers its own TV connected to cable .

Enjoy your very own full kitchen with all utensils & modern amenities, comfortably seating10 - for those times when you don't feel like eating out. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table or on the screened in pool deck, enjoy large back yard

The house was very clean! I would rate it a 5. We would stay here again. **Make sure to bring plenty of your own supplies if staying over a few days (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. as we did have to purchase these things during our stay).

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Neighborhood was quiet and no more than 30 min away from any of the Disney parks. (Even with FL traffic!). House was clean and well kept.

Perfect size for our family of 6 and close to just about everything. Checkin and checkout was super easy. Pool was a great perk to the house! The kids loved it. Children’s beds were a little squeaky and the showers and tub looked dirty but otherwise it was a perfect trip.

my family and I were delighted to stay in such an amazing home! Roy the property owner made sure we had a pleasurable time. Everything that's seen here is so much better when you get to the actual property. The location was amazing right around the corner was a Wal-Mart. It's the second time we rent this house and we are again very happy of our choice. The house is near of a lot a things, like: "road-192", restaurants, big Walmart, shopping gift center, mini golf. You are about 20 minutes of the Disney's park. The house was very clean, the pool was also perfect, but we payed for heating pool because in March the nights are a bit cold.

The owner of the property (Roy) was very diligent in making sure the house is prep for arriving renters. I appreciate the fact that the owner checked on our status upon arrival and upon check out. There was a 24/7 caretaker, who lives at the end of the street that kept an eye on the renters, which gave us extra sense of security, since we are not familiar of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to stay at when visiting Orlando, Florida!

A very nice little home with plenty of space to spread out! My coworkers and I were in town for a conference, and since two of us have special dietary needs, and having a kitchen was ideal! I have to say I was surprised that we were to provide our own toilet paper other than the partial rolls that were already in place, as that is different from other rentals I have utilized, but now that I know, I will pay closer attention to that little detail.

Pool is heated as advertised however in the do and don’t book you are asked not to use the heater also you are asked not to use the thermostat or you could incur extra charges. It’s uncomfortable knowing there are cameras watching you and your family in bathing suits and there is one camera that definitely seems to be pointed into the house itself

The location of the property is lovely, we loved driving (would’ve preferred to walk but weather didn’t cooperate) around looking at all the Christmas decorations. Communication & willingness to address a question/request prior to arrival with owner was smooth & easy. Only complaints we have would be the house needed further cleaning (lots of dirt along walls, chips behind sofa, random fabric softener sheet on the floor upon check in, old-what we assume to be paint-crusted to kids bedroom blanket), only one wash cloth was provided in the entire home which made for a difficult week stay with 4 people, and the pool was so horribly cold we were unable to use it. Overall satisfied with location, owner communication, and the house itself is cute.
