Impeccable corner lot home located on a tree lined streets in the quiet Tuscany at Westside. The house is surrounded by a lavish garden. Cozy for those personal & family moments, the house is spacious for your special events. The property features 5 generously sized bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms on the second floor. There is a half bath on the first floor for the convenience of your guests. The open concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, it has direct view on the screened pool patio. There is a formal dining & living room and a very spacious family room, High ceiling & windows allow for natural light to flow through the entire house. Short distance to schools, shops, financial institutions & restaurants, and only 5.8 miles from Disney Theme parks.

Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. A code will be provided for access please. There is a game room under the garage that is for House use as part of the house amenities. Guests please use the street to park

*** BBQ GRILL*** Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

***PET POLICY No pets allowed. If we find a pet on property we will charge $500 fine

this place feels like home and was super cozy. location was great too. nice and quiet with most major stores and restaurants less than a 10 min drive.
