Home away from home.

My family and I loved staying at this cozy townhome. It had great accommodations and amenities, with a very short drive to Disney and about an hour from the beach. The owners were quick to respi d to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Amazing

This home was beautiful! Better than expected. The kids loved the themed rooms, it had 2 master bedrooms, the pool and splash pad was so nice to have at just a walking distance. The gated community was great. Close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner communicated to well and was very accommodating.

Great property at a great price!

This is a great property!The price is much more affordable than other comparable properties. The unit is clean and well cared for, the amenities of the pool, playground and clubhouse were a welcome break from the Disney parks. Speaking of parks, you are in closer proximity, only takes about 15 minutes to get there, as well as shopping opportunities are close.The communication from the owner is fantastic, and if you are a first responder you get a great deal.The only small notes are the oven is a bit dated and takes a while to heat up. Additionally, you do need to buy staples like toilet paper, extra bags and paper towels so make a stop on your way when you buy your food and add that to your list.Great way to stay with a couple families to accomodate everyone! Will definitely stay again, thank you!Angelina

Room to Spread Out

After several nights in hotels, our family of 5 was happy to each have our own rooms to spread out. Common area could have been bigger for family meals, but that's the trade off for the multiple bedrooms. Property was clean. Check in was quick and smooth. Any communication with Corey was prompt and helpful. Took us about 40 minutes to get to Universal. Don't forget to stock up on paper products. Only small amount of toilet paper, and no napkins or paper towels. Also no extras: starter coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Although we weren't at the condo for extended periods, we found this to be a safe and comfortable gated community. We would recommend this as good budget property. We would consider staying here again.

Great property

Appreciated the four bedrooms and great pool, tennis courts and basketball courts on site. Had one minor issue and Corey responded very quickly. It was resolved the same day. Great spot and great host!

Excellent location, the house is full equipted, we made turkey for Thanksgiving even!. Tons of amenites to use, parking space. The host was super responsive, always checking and answering our questions. We had a great time! Thanks!

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful and fun community. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

Great choice for our group.

From the moment I reached out on VR BO the process was seamless, and all of my expectations were met. The property is well maintained, has everything a family or small group would need to have a home base. Centrally located to all Orlando events, whether that be golf or theme parks just about anything you would consider is a very short drive. Host was amazing and very quick to respond. . highly recommend.

The property was clean and exactly as it was presented in the listing. Pros: Lovely space QUIET!!! Pool Proximity to WDW Beds and couches were comfortable Cons: A/C-not being able to set it below 74° was tough. Downstairs was fine, but upstairs did get pretty warm. There were NO necessities on property: no napkins, no paper towels, not even a sponge. And no salt and pepper!! Every vacation rental we've stayed in has had those things (even if it was just leftovers from previous renters), so to have to run out and buy all of it for our short stay was unexpected. The instructions abt the trash were very confusing. Every set of instructions (email, in the binder, and on the door) was different! We figured it out--it was very simple--but having so many different instructions was very stressful. All in all in was a good experience!
