I cant speak for every room but the room i was given was not fit to stay in as soon as i walked in the door the smell of mold/mildew hit me like a ton of bricks the tub in the master bath didnt even work but i realized why it smelled of mold bc the tub was draining onto the floor beneath the tub and the carpet was soaking wet i had reserved the room for 2 nights bit only stayed for the first night then i found a different hotel

The room smelled really bad. As if the Rug was damp. The beds gave me back pain. The cabinet had a broken glass in it. The stove smoked the whole apartment before even cooking. It was a really bad experience. The door looked forced as if someone tried breaking inn at one point.

Was visiting with my family of six (2 adults, 4 kids). Furniture was not new there were obvious wear and tear throughout the entire apartment, however, it was great for the price. I loved the full size, fully stocked kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. Check in was simple. Down side is they charge for cleaning services, but they do provide the necessary cleaning items like broom, mop, vacuum etc. It definitely is a home away from home. I will be booking again.

I thought it was a very nice property for the money I can't complain I got a sweet three bedroom two bath full kitchen nice dining room nice balcony on the 13th floor where we saw the fireworks every night we were there I thought it was a great hotel and the money was very reasonable for the room.

To start when we arrived, i was trying to check in and a woman i assume to be the manager interrupted the guy that was checking me in to talk about some issue that was going on. Didnt apologize for any inconvenience. We get our room key and head up to the 11th floor but need to use my own cart as there were no luggage carts for us to use. We enter the room and we immediately not satisfied. I felt the room was not cleaned well. We found hairs on 2 of the beds top sheets, there was a vacuum cleaner in the closet, which was weird, and the master shower needed cleaning, the place itself seemed run down and it was disappointing as i read all the reviews before i booked the room. Also another fun fact, there were no usbs in the room so my husband and i had a tough time charging our phones, and no alarm clock or phone in the master room. It was becoming evening and my kids wanted to swim so i put aside my dissatisfaction to go to the pool. Well when we arrive to the pool, it was FILITY. Looked as though the pirate ship was falling apart. I delt with the filth in the pool bc my kids were having fun. After swimming we head over to the irish pub which was a nice dinner, then my kids wanted to go to the arcade. We arrive at the arcade and quite honestly your hotel should be ashamed to call that an arcade. More than half the games were broken and my husband lost $1 in one of the games but there was noone to tell so we also delt with that. Needless to say I WILL NEVER stay here again!
