Best hotel experience in years from check in to check out. Room clean and spacious nice pillows, A/C worked great bathroom spacious with a beautiful shower. Breakfast very good with lots of options from waffles, eggs crispy bacon ham fruit etc…and a water dispenser with cucumber and lime which topped it off. Front check in staff very friendly and helpful. Melody at breakfast very friendly making sure there was plenty of food stocked up right to the end. Big shoutout to Fairfield, Orillia! I will definitely make this hotel my destination when visiting the area.

Great efficiently staffed/maintained place. Good assuring view to your vehicle in the parking lot (if you're on the correctly located room/unit. Felt even MORE secure as my vehicle was parked next to 2 POLICE vehicles who were also clients.I was actually confident to leave my costly treasured musical instrument (Bass Clarinet) in my car..............'safe hands' \

The property was very nice. The desk staff were awful. When we arrived and were unloading our luggage a desk staff came out and told us that the luggage trolley were for guests only. We had not checked in yet so we were not guests! When I returned after checking in I heard him apologizing to another guest. He gave us a Starbucks cold coffee to apologize m. Not accepted and not staying here ever again. Just rude!

We only stayed one night. The check in was fast and courteous. Room was very clean and equipped with ironing board and iron hairdryer fridge and microwave. Staff greeted you with a smile. I was not impressed with the pool. We weren't there long enough for that to be an issue for us. I would go back

It was a nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. I was basically there to sleep so.i did not get to try everything out. I checked out at 2:15am and the night clerk offered to go to the kitchen and grabme something. I didnt take it but appreciated the offer!

We had a great stay. All the staff were very friendly. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the breakfast had lots of options. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. Highly recommend if visiting Orillia.
