They did not describe anywhere the access issues this property has. It’s up on a mountain and there is no proper walk up. It is rough uneven concrete at an extremely steep angle. We had two small children and elderly people in our group. It was very dangerous and my children fell a few times down and hurt themselves even though we tried to be very careful. 2. We were advertised to have two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms had cold water for several days. After complaining several times the owners “turned on the heat” to one bathroom - the most it got was lukewarm. The other one never got heat and he came in one day to pretend to do something about - smashed in the shower and bit made a huge mess and smell and it resulted in nothing.3. In the last few days the kitchen electrical stopped working. We could not make coffee or cook our food. I mentioned several times- no help, no response at all from the landlord. 4. The place was filthy. First of all there was mouse/rat poop in one of the rooms all over the bed. It’s a huge health hazard and completely unacceptable. There were spiders and dust and bugs (including cockroaches) everywhere. The floors were not cleaned, there was mould growing along all the edges of the fridge, the walls and doors were filthy.
