"The property was like an unassuming hidden gem! Small RV and cabin area, but very safe and friendly. The cabin had everything we needed for 5 of us, well appointed and nicely furnished. We had stocked up for groceries in Crescent City, driving south, which was just as well, as Orick has very little. We spent a lovely day walking through the Redwoods, then a lovely meal with some californian wine at the cabin."

"This is an amazing historic inn. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which my husband enjoyed. It has an entire dining room to enjoy breakfast in. We loved the library seating area where we could read, put together a jigsaw puzzle, chat with other guests, look at your phone or enjoy the scenery of the Klamath River as it flowed to the sea nearby. Our upgraded spacious bedroom was on the main level with a full bath, kitchenette with table and chairs and our own private exterior entrance. I wanted to stay another night but the place was fully booked. If you're ever in the Klamath area, stay here and skip Crescent City !"
