"We spent our honeymoon here and it was extremely special. Lovely and quiet which was expected as it was the shoulder season. We were upgraded which made our stay extra special. The restaurant serves beautiful food, the vegetables and herbs are fresh from the gardens around the hotel. The staff were incredible, our Italian wasn’t brilliant but we all made an effort and were able to understand one another. Definitely recommend this hotel if you like your hiking and cycling, or just relaxation!"

I am lactose intolerant and was very happy to see other dairy options on the menu and also vegan croissants which I have not been able to enjoy for many years. Nothing was a problem at this hotel. "We loved our stay at Su Gologone. It felt in the middle of nowhere, which was very cool, and had a fun, colorful, historical spirit. The staff were kind and very helpful, the pool was beautiful and relaxing. There were so many activities at the property, and they can help make other reservations in the area (def recommend a boat trip). The dinner in the garden was unforgettable, and we enjoyed it so much we had dinner in their other restaurant another night. Breakfast was generous and delicious....
