"This was our first Vrbo stay and it couldn't have been better. Bobbi and Korey were incredible hosts who anticipated every question a first-timer might have and made it clear, obvious, and easy to settle in, relax, and enjoy every aspect of our stay. The house was a great size and layout. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The bathrooms had tons of towels and supplies. It was as comfortable as being at home. We loved the farm animals and spent a lot of time with them, but they were far enough away that the sounds and smells did not follow us back to the house. We are sure to return as soon as we can."

"Hallways and entrances were not clean. Bedding was old with horrible pillows. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes in their rooms throughout the night. Guy next door had his tv on from midnight til 4:00 am. Worst night ever. "

"Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at this location since it was new. Use to offer a nice hot breakfast with eggs, meat and oatmeal. Now all they have our predone wrapped sandwiches and instant oatmeal. My husband was very disappointed. Went to McDonalds. Coffee fair. Furniture in room torn and scratched. Definitely need to upgrade furnishings. No hot water....lukewarm shower. Side entrances dirty. We will not be coming back for awhile. Much better hotels in area."

"The outside is a little rough looking which originally made me question the initial booking. However once inside and in my room I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the quality as there were no scuffs or any damage from general usage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was very nice. "
