Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen—yes, we include waffle mix and a waffle iron for a sweet start! We’re pet-friendly, and you’ll have access to on-site laundry and private driveway parking. Just minutes from BYU, UVU, and I-15, you're close to restaurants, shopping, and more, while enjoying a quiet residential neighborhood. Please note: This apartment is available when the full home isn’t booked, so guests may be in the upstairs unit. Your basement space is fully private.

Our stay at Carole's home was wonderful. The house was super clean, there was a nice little fenced off yard for our dog, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Carole was easy to communicate with and checking in was a breeze. I can't say enough how nice and clean everything was! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Provo.

The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The owner communicated throughout every step of the process and made us feel welcome. The place was very clean, well arranged, and I slept better here than I normally do at home. The location is perfect for us to visit our daughter-in-law, and we will definitely be back.

Great little gem that’s easy to get to and have all the amenities needed for a quick and easy trip. We just needed a place to crash for the night and this checked all the boxes.
