We're also only a short drive to BYU and UVU, whether you’re here for campus visits, celebrating graduation, or catching a big BYU game day.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

-A separate rental contract is required to be signed after booking. It contains everything listed below.

-We allow up to 16 guests total. Any amount over that is an additional charge of $50 per person per day (This includes day visitors)

-Parking for up to 4 cars. (One in the driveway and up to 3 on the street directly in front of the house)

-The hot tub is free to use but we do ask you to hop out at 10PM to respect our neighbors.

-We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! The property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay, with a $100 pet fee per dog. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you: Keep dogs off furniture and beds. Clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors. Never leave dogs unattended inside the home unless crated. Prevent excessive barking or disruptive behavior.

-We are happy to provide a BBQ but we do not regulate the propane. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the one on property.

-We are also happy to provide a firepit but do not provide firewood. You are welcome to bring your own.

-Our ice machine in the fridge does not work, but there is a provided pebble ice machine that is awesome and works great!

-One security camera faces over the front door overlooking the front yard and street.

-We do NOT allow smoking of any kind (includes vaping) inside, or outdoors on the property. Violating this rule of any sort will result in immediate termination.

-Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM. No bass music is allowed. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate termination of stay.

-To help maintain the quality of the property, we ask that guests follow our checkout instructions before departure. These will be provided toward the end of your stay. If you prefer not to complete the checkout tasks, we offer an opt-out option for an additional $100, which allows our cleaning team to handle them for you. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to use this service.

-For your convenience, we offer an air mattress and a pull-out couch bed as additional sleeping options. If you would like to use either of these during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can have them properly prepared and ready for you. Advance notice ensures we can provide clean linens and set everything up for your comfort.
