Excellent Place!

Clean and comfortable

One of the best homes we’ve stayed at! Beds were so comfortable. Everyone slept well. Appreciated being able to stay for just one night to break up our drive to Idaho. My boys enjoyed all the games they had available. Tastefully decorated and cozy atmosphere.

Great option for a larger group

My family and I needed a place to stay that would accommodate 7 of us and our dogs. This place was perfect and was appropriately priced! Gave us more space to move around, helpful to have a full working kitchen and two bathrooms as well. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment. I would stay there again. The host also addressed any concerns throughout our stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a new basement apartment and there are steep stairs down to the entrance. The outdoor landscaping is still ongoing. It’s beautifully furnished with a modern decor. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is new with everything you need. Spotlessly clean!! There are lots of games and large TV. We’d like to come again when we have more time!

Perfect place for a fam!

We stayed here while our daughter did the BYU volleyball camp. Carole was such a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions quickly! This space has everything you need and was clean, comfortable and had easy access to everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely basement apartment with lots of space and lots of thought into making it work for a family. Host was amazing and right on top of any issues. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Utah.

Spacious and nice neighborhood.

We stayed here over Christmas to spend the holiday with our grown children living in the area. This was a basement apartment but was VERY spacious. There were 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eating area, kitchen and two living areas. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the storage area and the Christmas tree that was set up and very beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us without feeling like we were crammed in together. Only 5 of us slept at the apartment though. One especially nice bonus is that Walmart was only 5 minutes away. There was also a park a short walk away that we walked to every day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

BYU Trip

Everything about the property was as advertised and more. We had a lovely stay and so enjoyed being able to be together as a family in this beautiful space. We attended a BYU football game and getting to and from the game was very easy from this location.

The space is a large basement apartment in a brand new home and neighborhood, tucked away in a very convenient area of Orem. The property was exactly as described - spacious and comfortable. The host was great. Would recommend.

Came to Utah to visit family with my father and two children. The home was a perfect location by restaurant, shopping, and main roadways for travel. House was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect layout, and my kids had a great time playing with the toy kitchen. The host was extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at the property! The location was perfect - peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable.
