The property is in excellent condition, has all you need Only a couple of things It’s too close to the sidewalk And to maintain a 5 star rating The bed is too small. A queen or king bed would be ideal plus an electric blanket for Orange weather

The hosts for Perfection on Prince were very helpful. There was a cliche in the booking system which caused a double booking. Ryan and Jody organised another place for us to stay as soon as they realised. And, they generously covered the additional cost for the new place. The communication from Ryan and the new host was timely and informative and not at all stressful. Our stay in Orange was lovely and very comfortable. Thank you to the hosts both places.
