"Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway. Was a little bit worried when we pulled up and there were auction signs everywhere but it seemed fine. The house itself is interestingly designed but is nice and has lots of room for everyone. I thought the inside was going to be smaller and the outside larger, because of the pictures, but it is the opposite-which was perfect. Having access to the guest house is a nice touch. Backyard was amazing with the fire pit, hot tub, and just enjoying being outside. It was a little too chilly for the small pool but I’d love to come back again and stay longer. Overall, 9/10 only because the drive into hot springs was longer than I expected and we didn't care much for the barn doors . "

"This house was cute! The location was perfect for an adventure to Ouachita Lake if you wanted to see more than Hamilton. The kitchen was well stocked and the dock was way too convenient. We had a blast. Would definitely come back. "

"If you want a place to stay with your family, this is the place. The property is kept clean and it is tranquil and relaxing. My kids had a blast jumping off the dock and playing on the paddle boards. We will be back. "
"This was the PERFECT place for a family 40th birthday celebration. The separate cottage was amazing and the foosball / ping pong kept the teens busy. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen had everything you needed - including crock pots! The outdoor space was so shady and comfortable. The dock was perfect for fishing. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in Hot Springs! We would definitely stay here again!"
