"The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if they had a good selection of food. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. The location is great!! There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall, it was a great choice to stay in Hot Springs."

"Horrible parking "

"Our family would book this property again when staying in Hot Springs. It is settled on a quiet loop. When traveling with our children safety is key, and we felt very safe on this property. Although close to neighboring houses , they were very quiet with little coming and going and were very nice when we met them. The property was very clean with plenty of necessities- towels, extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen with a great coffee selection, and toiletries. When we arrived , there was a battery in the home that needed replaced and someone was on property within 20 minutes to assist us. Communication with the owner was excellent. "

"Beautiful and relaxing. We had neighbors on both sides during our stay and we could not hear them through the walls. The view from the three outdoor areas was beautiful. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely come back."

"Great house, location, and overall stay!"

"My 2 daughters, 1 of their friends and myself (mom) booked this cabin for a mini spring break that would let us bring our 2 puppies. What a pleasure this Lake House provided. the weather did not cooperate, but the property was perfect. we were able to play with the puppies, go hiking in the national park, cooked at the cabin for supper one evening, cooked breakfast daily. Plenty room for all of us. Enjoyed seeing deer. Spent evenings watching movies. were going to play games provided by the host but just ran out of time. We loved the cozy "lake" decorations and theme. We had no issues with the directions to reach our destination. All the rules provided were exactly as stated. We fell in love with this little property and would definitely visit again. Hopefully in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. The property is just minutes from downtown Hot Springs and we were able to enjoy the St Patricks day parade. Enjoyed some shopping and on our last day were able to visit the Bath house and spent time just soaking int he water! Thank you so much for providing such a special property to unwind, relax and bring our dog."
