Great stay overall.Good communication provided for check in instructions and after-hours management. My room was very clean and provided everything I needed for my short stay. The owners had kindly left a light on in my room and turned the heat pump on for my late arrival which was greatly appreciated. Also received a free upgrade! I will defiantly stay here again if I'm visiting the area.

Arrived at 3am with tired kids but check-in was easy and friendly. Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable. It was very difficult to move around in the room with the pull-out sofa bed extended. Quite a rabbit warren to find the room with no lift access to our floor. Made us a bit nervous about fire safety. No air conditioning and heaters were off so the room was very cold on arrival which was a shame as it was a very cold night in mid winter.

Room was more spacious than the photos, we booked a room with 2 queen/double beds. Everything about the room was great, well designed, spacious for two people adn super comfortable. I slept very well. We attended a event at the new convention centre taht it is connected to and it was raining outside luckily we could just walk less than a minute through the sky bridge. Perfect location for us

Very easy booking. Easy check in and parking included outside the room. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed with a useful kitchen. Would readily book here again. Thankyou Grange Motel.

I always love staying here. It’s by far the best Auckland hotel if you want value for money and nice, thoughtful touches. We love that there are 2 beds in the standard rooms, along with a fridge, hairdryer and other nice things. This stay was the best yet as there was a lovely garden area outside with a nice rose bush and a table and 2 chairs. The Naumi staff are always outstanding and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Thank you Naumi!
