"Arrival and check in were easy and staff were great. Unfortunately the room was very tired. It is in need of renovations to update it. The bathroom is worn and the water pressure is poor. The bed and pillows were hard. The internet was excellent and the TV was a good size with all Sky channels available. Parking was tight but seemed secure so no worries there. Overall a pretty average motel which could be better."

"The parking was very easy and the locality feels safe to be in. Being on the Main Road makes it easy to find and we were only a couple of units back from the road and traffic noise was minimal. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Superb staff, great rooms, fabulous breakfast and the location is so convenient for the convention centre. We've stayed at a fair few places in Palmy but BK's is much quieter than most. Highly recommend if you want a good sleep."
