"Stayed in a double luxe room. Bed very comfortable and clean . Shower good. Bathroom generally clean. No comment on breakfast as none taken. Too expensive. Bar an asset The older reception girl needs to improve her customer service skills and refrain from being sarcastically rude. An attitude such as this detracts from the overall experience. Good customer service is key to ensuring returning guests. Location good , however probably would not return here ."
