Loved the seaside location. Really loved everything about this property. Try to get one of the seaside rooms on the fourth floor with the high arched windows. Amazing views in the morning.

This place was awesome .. Staff super attentave , our rooms were clean and the patio access from the room looking out to the port and water was also refreshing esp sitting outside with a cup of coffee. Breakfast was also excellent .

Great hotel & great location …staff are super friendly & really try to help …the on-site restaurant was amazing …one recommendation MAKE A RESERVATION…also pre book your parking …but it was great value & a great , comfortable stay

Very happy with our stay. Large walk in showers with rainfall shower heads. Also the only washcloths I have seen in our entire European vacation. Large fluffy bath towels. Try to get a seaside room on the fourth floor with the large arched windows. Waking up to the broad view of beach, sea, and sky is amazing.

Lovely sea side location with endless boardwalks in both directions. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet great. Downstairs bar inviting. Zero complaints.

Nice new hotel on the beach. Easy parking (paid). Nice restaurant, helpful staff. Very nice spa that was available for guest use for free currently. Great view of the sea from my room.

May travel partner of 51 years and I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Dunkirk. We were just there for one night but it was the best hotel out of stays that also included Caen and Amsterdam. Great rooms and right on the beach. Walked down the beach concourse for dinner - sort of reminded us of Manhattan Beach, CA. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was excellent for the price except for the hidden charges i.e deposit and sitting tax i was notinformed about. Was a shame the parking was awkward at the start as one member of staff didnt inform us about the shuttle car provided. The room was of very high standard although couldn't get the aircon on at night. Tv was saying we could connect phone unfortunately it didnt work and accessing the usb port was difficult may be it should be on a pull out bracket. Also the food was excellent although putting menu in english may have helped.

New Hotel, locations is perfect and quiet. The swimming pool is available for free between 7-10 am and in the evening hours. The rest of the day you have to pay for it but out anyway. Breakfast is good value. The Restaurant looks super nice and the staff is friendly. It just takes a bit of time before you get served. Might be because its new or understaffed. The prices might be a bit steep for what you get. The rooms are nice, beds are good and the sea view is magnificient and quiet. You can park your car outside the hotel for free or inside at cost but was fully booked. Overall a nice stay, staff was friendly and kindfull

This has been a great location stop on my journey from the UK to Sweden each year but it has been more and more disappointing. I wasn't able to speak to anyone that understood enough English, when I asked at reception about room service she kindly printed off a 24 hour menu (very limited) when I called to order at 6pm I was put on hold FOUR times, couldn't understand I wanted to order food and then was told I couldn't until 7pm. I then called back to try and speak to someone else and the only thing available was Risotto and I asked for one of the puddings too. What arrived was cold overcooked tasteless risotto and an entirely different pudding. It cost 19 euros for the risotto and around 8 euros on top for having room service. Travelling on my own with my dog I felt restricted to have to order food to my room, one of the receptionists during check in literally hid from my dog and squeaked with nerves. I understand people can be scared of dogs but how is acceptable to work somewhere where it is advertised as a dog friendly hotel. I felt uncomfortable immediately and thought that maybe it's not just my dog maybe because I am British, as the next guests got a really warm reception. The year before I believe my car tyre was slashed in their car park - the hotel checked the cctv and no evidence to say this happened on their watch so will never know. I had to pay 90 euro deposit during check in, not consistent as others checking in werent asked.

Chambre, propre et fraîchement rénovée. Parking très facile d’accès sur et sécurisé personnel aux petits soins, excellent petit déjeuner même si c’est dommage qu’il dispose d’une très belle machine à café grain au bar, et qu’on ne puisse pas obtenir un vrai expresso. Juste dommage que sur les quatre chambres que nous avons loué (voyage en famille), aucun des miroirs n’était disposé droit. À part ça rien à redire.

Accueil désagréable, hôtel « usine » sans aucune personnalisation. Seul le personnel du restaurant est agréable et souriant, ce qui compense la qualité des plats. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une douche très agréable. Mais pas de mini-bar/frigo et pas d’eau. Mauvaise expérience
