"Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!"

"The setting was storybook, the host was warm, welcoming and communicative. The bed was a dream and the breakfast was beautiful. The fresh OJ and jams were our favorite. "No towels included! Does not say that anywhere in VRBO listing. They wanted 25+ Euros for towels. I said no and they said fine dry off with the window curtains. Very poor customer service. Described as a “chalet”, it’s little more than a cheap ikea looking small shipping container. The home pictured is not the one we received. I’ve never had an experience this poor with VRBO. Can’t fit luggage in bedrooms. Shower is high gloss and very slippery. Look elsewhere."

"Leider nur eine Toilette, auf das Gelände zu kommen ist mit mehr als 1 Auto eine echte Herausforderung. Nur eine schrankenkarte und nur ein Schlüssel für das Haus, bei 3 Pärchen etwas schwieriger. Die eine Dusche läuft ständig über in dem Haus. Der Kamin ist nur eine Attrappe Ansonsten ein ruhiger, hundefreundlicher Park. Würde auch wieder hin, kenne die Herausforderungen vor Ort ja nun"

"We forgot there wasn’t any kind of AC or fans available in the home, soot was extremely hot after 8am. We kept the windows open all night to cool down as the temperature dropped in the evening. The only bad part about that is that all of the window screens had tears and holes in them so we were accompanied by tons of mosquitoes!! "I easily found that i paid much more than the normal way if i book directly from the website of De Rijp. In my booking, Homeaway, Belvilla and Resort de Rijp, three party have been involved. I book the house through homeaway, but actually it is booked with Belvilla also not with de Rijp. The final service is provided by de Rijp not by Belvilla. In my first booking, i reserved 5 adults but can come with 4 adults and 1 child. The operation model between Homeaway, Belvilla, and de Rijp clearly...

"Wir hatten zu dritt einen Kurzurlaub mit 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Umgebung, technische Ausstattung des Hauses, Sauberkeit, Betten....alles eine glatte 1 mit Sternchen ! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Thermoskanne. Nur mit einer Senseo-Maschine 3 kaffeedurstige Urlauber zu versorgen, ist etwas mühsam ;-)"

"Renting the property was quick and straightforward. Good communication with the owner. However, on arrival the property especially the upstairs rooms were very dusty I asked for mop which was provided but was unable to used due to the complicated process of putting the mop together. Overall, we didn't have much experience at the amenities bcos we were out most times. But I would definitely go back to explore the place more."
