"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. "The family room was a great size with 4 single beds and plenty of storage space. The free onsite parking was very helpful (and the underground parking useful on the first evening when there was a big match at the football ground nearby). It wasn’t entirely clear from our Expedia booking that our rate was room only, so I was a little surprised to need to pay for breakfast on our first morning - this was very tasty but quite pricy!"
