"Great location by the beach but a short walk to the village which had many shops & restaurants. Lovely big room. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast & reasonably priced good quality food at the restaurant. Enjoyed the happy hour cocktails watching the sunset."

"The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience."

"This resort is magnificent! The sunsets are dreamy! The staff is so lovely, especially Lucy and An whom made our stay extra special. "This is an excellent world class resort except for one thing. I am surprised about the number of people who interact with guests are not very good at English. The quick version is one day my partner and I just wanted to go to a store that sold wine , spirits , mix and some snacks. A fellow on the registration desk had us take the V4-1 bus to the Grand terminal and then get on the 17 bus. We were heading to the airport. After almost 3 hours we got back to the resort. Shortly after , a resort shuttle took us just beyond the gate to a store on the Main Street. Waited for us and took us to our villa -#6509 on Wednesday March 11th. English is the world language and your resort accommodates people from all over the world. "
